My best friend and I stayed at the morning Glory for my birthday. The inn was delightfully charming! The moment we walked in we were greeted by the sweet innkeepers who instantly made us feel right at home. We stayed in the love deeply room that was beautifully decorated and had a fireplace. The breakfast served in the morning was exceptional. Renate made homemade coissants and pancakes that were unlike anything i have ever tasted! this is a place not to be missed and you will never want to stay at a chain hotel again.
We didn't want to leave!

My husband and I recently stayed at The Morning Glory for a weekend getaway. The home is lovely; very well appointed and clean. The breakfasts are to die for! The owners are friendly and look after your needs, but also know when privacy is desired. We look forward to a return visit. There are several nice restaurants in the area. We loved The Frisky Oyster in town. The lobster pot pie was fantastic and my husband loved the venison.

“Absolutely Breathtaking!” My boyfriend and I just spent our anniversary weekend here and we can only say the best things about this quaint and lovely B&B. The B&B is done in a very lovely, comfy and elegant country theme that is done in a cozy ambiance. The atmosphere of the inn was very romantic; we had the room with the lovely bathtub (Live with Passion) and our bed was the most comfortable cocoon.

Renate and Klaus --the innkeepers were very welcoming and made our stay very memorable. Our breakfast was out of this world! Renate is an amazing chef & baker. And Klaus - the host is very warm and knowledgeable of the area providing us with great recommendations of where to eat and area attractions.

If you enjoy wine as much as we do, then this is a great area to visit since there a variety of wineries scattered along the main road. The inn is also centrally located in the quaint fishing town of Greenport which is lovely in itself. We would definitely stay here again. It's by far the best B&B we've ever stayed in!

..Renate and Klaus created a real treasure in Greenport! Not only the interior is in the best of taste, also the garden is beautiful and in every detail you can see the hosts dedication to offer great hospitality. To start the morning with Renate's delicious breakfast is the perfect preparation for a relaxing day.

Wonderful European style B&B. The breakfasts are incredible, the rooms are immaculate and classy, not overly flowery. The hosts, Renata and Klaus, are wonderful, welcoming and accomodating. BTW - try the home made pastries. This place is perfect for a romantic stay with
your significant other.

From the first phone call to our fond farewell, the innkeepers of The Morning Glory were there for us. They booked reservations, provided valuable information and made terrific recommendations. We stayed over Thanksgiving and they were so accommodating to us on the holiday. They welcomed interruptions and always made us feel at home. Everything was homemade (Renate's scones and croissants are out of this world!) and truly delicious. The rustic beauty of each room, from its grand layout to the smallest detail, was purposed and beautiful. Our bed was more than comfortable. And, I know this sounds silly: even the towels were of the highest quality. Every moment in that wonderful home was truly memorable and sincerely wonderful. Klaus and Renate are true professionals and they go the extra mile (even their website is of the utmost quality). The Morning Glory in Greenport, NY is one of the best places I've ever stayed, and my wife and I will certainly be back.
